Lan Shipbuilding and Repair (LSR) provides a
comprehensive range of services and capabilities
to keep Great Lakes freighters, cement vessels,
tugs, barges, and other commercial ships in top
condition.
Our 60-acre facility – with heavy-duty equipment,
two dry docks, and lay-up and fit-out berths – can
accommodate the largest ships.
Non-Destructive Examination (NDE)
The American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) has
certified Lan Shipbuilding and Repair (LSR) as a
Recognized External Specialist for Ultrasonic,
Liquid Penetrant, and Magnetic Particle NDE.
